The Founder and Executive Chairman of one of Los Angeles’ fastest growing companies, per the Los Angeles Business Journal, was in need of two keynote speeches for two very different audiences. We worked closely with Liam Brown and his executive team to render two winning keynote presentations that were presented to over 3,000 people at two industry conferences. Liam needed team who could Capture, Compel, and Close their target market. We did just that.
Monetize, measure & refine
Our Assessment Report reflected key insights into both audience types, viewpoints, biases, and what they needed to know to make an actionable decision. An extensive review of many past keynote presentations were assessed to garner how our client positioned themselves in past conferences as to now recalibrate and land in a far more precise and tactical way.
Building value via communicating valuable information was a strategic focus. Many presentations talk to things versus build out tactical tools that the audience can immediately implement or hire our client to do so for them. Achieving a balance of B2B professionalism and conservative roll out of capabilities in a fashion that was educating and entertaining became a core strategy for these presentations.
